Someone was complaining of lag, so I wanted to restart my server, cant, just says contact support

Hello there Yeah you would have to put in a support ticket then cause no one here can fix this.

Hello, my server was saying it still had 1h but stopped working, i have updated the time and now it says 29d 23h... but for some reason when i try to update it, it gives me a 500 error.
