Hi this is a fresh server for OCEANBLOCK 2 just provisioned 10minutes ago, when trying to start it says server failed to start and refuses to give a reason why. Can someone please help take a look

Hi this is a fresh server for OCEANBLOCK 2 just provisioned 10minutes ago, when trying to start it says server failed to start and refuses to give a reason why. Can someone please help take a look
some more details:
I am on pc
did not change any config settings before clicking start server toggle
the jar file says not available not sure if thats supposed to be like this
getting this error now
when clicking save
