#Pals sick after offline - any tips?

Got a server yesterday, today logging in they are all sick ect probs due to them working all the time, is there a way to stop the server being active when there are no active players, or a way to stop pals working or getting sick when we're all offline?

Make sure to use and FTP to download the file and change it on your computer dont make the changes on the server they will not stick.
