Funcom did some manual db fix that helped unstuck players on official caught in this state. Can you please help me and others like me that are blocked from playing the game?

Yeah mostly that they would try but no guarentees, because it is a funcom issue since they posted that the fix didnt work.

i was able to log back in for the first time this morning - unfortunately all my stuff is gone due to the DD wipe so now im just trying to ticket them to get reimbursed
