Hey both my servers have been down for 3days completely over a week off and on. I’ve been in contact with support they’ve changed ip/port and even hardware, still the issue is there. Players can either join then get kicked or can’t join at all, servers disappear off list off and on also.

Also note, this only happened when we made the switch the new gen, no I don’t have owner permission on the game server, I have admins that run it in game. I’m a small hosting provider myself for PC, and at a complete lost on the this issue. A more technical look down a widely used port checker we use says the ports are up 1 min then shut the next.

We have also made a new Gportal acc entirely just to try to get something online, our player base is starting to tank.

@deep kestrel I really just the some clarification, is this a face punch issue?
G-portal has swapped everything out and, we have even tried another console server provider same issue, players can join 1 sec then get kick, then can’t join at all.
We have fully reinstalled servers, g-portal doesn’t necessary allow this but you just shut down switch to old gen, boot up (wait till it’s all life), then shut down and switch back. No events are turned on, we’ve changed the names, removed admins/owner from in game.
