My gportal on Xbox is stuck on Dutch or German how do I change it to English

Wich Language have you in the Xbox settings?

Mine is stuck the same way. My language in Xbox settings is English. The only app that is in German on my Xbox is GPortal. I have the exact same issue as chezy
