This disproportionate response was immediately questioned by multiple other community members, and the moderator’s own justification revealed she was enforcing personal preferences rather than established community rules.

  3. Unprofessionalism and Disrespect: The "spice" comment was a childish and unprofessional way to respond to a customer's valid question.
  4. Abuse of Moderator Tools: Using mutes to silence criticism is a clear abuse of power. Her only justification was that a user didn't obey her personal, ad-hoc request to stop. This is not a valid basis for moderation.
  5. Creating a Chilling Effect: Her actions actively discouraged other users from voicing their concerns, directly harming the purpose of a support and community channel.

4. Desired Resolution

  1. A formal review of this incident and the conduct of Moderator Sinsalie.
  2. The removal of any strike or negative mark against my account from this interaction.
  3. Clear and public clarification of the channel rules. If providing systemic feedback is not allowed, this rule should be explicit. If it is allowed, moderators must be trained to handle it professionally, even when they are busy.

I am a paying customer attempting to help improve the service I pay for. I expect to be treated with professionalism, not to be censored and punished for engaging in a discussion I was explicitly invited to have.
