my husband is the server owner so he does all of that. I joined the discord to try and find help which has been decent.

since the issue started around 2:30am after the first patch rolled out no one from Emberglass was awake or reporting it except me

we host a few games with Gportal but have never had problems like this

and we have already had to move servers and start over 1 other time because of another problem 😦 I won't do it again

This is the first time I've tried with them. I really only had like 5 ppl interested so I went with them...we've had ark, 7d2d, enshrouded, minecraft, whatever and not this kind of issue so it kinda sucks for them.
