I sure wish I had an answer for you but we the helpers can not estimate the issues or the time for fixing them. We are just volunteers who know a lot about games and most server set up issues. We are not employees so we dont have any answer until they make them public. I am sure though that they are striving to fix this because I have seen progress on my server. I couldnt activate before 2 hrs ago. I personally have faith in the Gportal team and support and have been with them for many years. I have never been disappointed in them yet. Sometimes I jsut takes time to fix stuff.

I have also been waiting since launch but I have all the patience in the world for things like this,. I am from a different generation, Im a crazy old cat lady!

Hi can someone from G-Portal help me with my Dune server? Almost a day and AFTER activation I cannot join server -> No WORLD is seen

I have NO idea why it says 10/10 slots are in use when server can't be found (no world), name and config cannot be changed

I have been really patient till this point, but the generic copy paste support ticket responses are worse than being ignored

ok at this point you may want to submit a ticket to support because the discord helpers are not able to help in this but the support team can look into it and see what is wrong. Make sure to be detailed so they understand fully what the problem is.

gentle sequoia ok at this point you may want to submit a ticket to support because the discord ...

I have submitted several tickets , from generic replies to explanations that more worlds are being added.. and that’s it.
It’s out of my control now, I wait or ask for a refund.
Perhaps because my server is in Asia they just don’t seem to care about having it up and running as they do for NA region.

I doubt that it is more likely the sheer number of users require more immediate answer. I am going to tag my boss in this to see if she will look into this issue. @lean musk Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly

No because I cannot start the server , I’ll try with password but I don’t want password on this server

I went the settings of no tax, no sandstorm etc

I just checked, setting pass doesn’t work; same error as screenshot when hitting save

to be able to start the server you have to put the password in and hit the save button at the bottom then you can start it

then you need to submit a ticket ok well if you have more than one jsut reply on the lsat one. and refer to the discord pictures in this chat with the name of this chat and who started it so they can find it. Im sorry i cant be of more help but make sure to let me know here when you get it running pleasee
