Hello,
I’ve been waiting for over an hour now and my server is still stuck on “Stopping” – it’s just endlessly loading. I can’t create a support ticket either because the RedM category is missing from the list.
Could someone please help me out?

Yes, it's for RedM

Unfortunately, I can't create a ticket. My server is properly stopped in the “Manage Server” panel, but when I click on it, it just shows the loading screen (the one I posted in the screenshot) on a loop.
I did see the announcement saying that many servers are experiencing this issue 😕

Yes, the category was missing. I'll show you the screenshot, and it's fine now everything is back to normal.
