So I pre purchased a server yesterday for Dune, went to activate it today which worked then I go to look and I cannot see it. Anyone else had this happen before? Have also submitted a ticket and am waiting a reponse. Very confusing.

If you go to your dashboard at the top. you should habe a notification saying... Unfortunately, there are currently technical difficulties with the release of Dune: Awakening. We sincerely apologize for this. Our team is already working hard on a solution to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If it helps narrow down a problem if i shut down the server and try turning it back on it it tells me "Request failed with status code 500."
If i am in the server page and try turning it on i get "An error occurred
