when i turn on the randomizer setting no one can join and times out

I'm not entirely sure, especially if it was a new world. I'd try deleting it and re-creating it? Just spun up a new world myself a few seconds ago and it worked with that setting set to Full World. Was it breaking on Regional? If deleting and re-creating it doesn't work, I'd open a support ticket - seems odd.
Also just to double check no mods or anything right?
