not getting 2fa emails

I'm not getting my 2 factor authentication emails. I haven't been for a long long time. I've tried getting help on this before but since I can't log in, well to heck with me I guess. Now, you charged me another year when I've been trying for 3 months to cancel this dang server my son stopped using. I'm pissed, to say the least.

yes, i checked deleted, junk, ever folder.
yes, I checked 'rules' to make sure there's no rule for "[e-mail]" which is where my initial "verify your email" came from.. THAT one arrived just fine but when I want to cancel? naw.

You have no phone support.
You can't make a support ticket without being able to log in.
Reddit admins told me to try Discord, but nobody ever answered me here 3 months ago. I accidently left the server, but I've posted here, as well as Reddit.
I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Denying people the ability to cancel your service after the contract ends? Yeah.. not legal. From what I've read on many many many searches, it seems this is a common issue.
Seems shady AF, you don't let people log in after they set up annual auto-renewals.
I'm surprised nobody has taken a legal route against you, but here I am, hoping that maaaaaybe you'll answer me here, allow me to cancel this server, and refund the YEAR you just charged me.

You can actually send a normal Email to the support, without beeing logged in 🙂

Please send an email there, attach a some prove of your person, so support can identify you. They will then delete the 2FA and also can refund you the charging 🙂

omg it looks like they tried to charge me again instead of refund and my bank declined it cuz i had to open dispute. i guess ill have the bank handle it from here. sad.

unless my bank just declined the refund lol that would be my luck

Hey, since I dont have your Email and ID , I cant check the ticket to read it. What did support told you? Have they just deleted the 2FA? Cause I guess if so, you have to logg in and cancel the server

and if they already charged you they usually should not do it again, there has to be a tech issue

they removed the 2fa. deactivated realm, just over a day til deletion. just instead of the refund their email promised it looooks like it tried to charge again instead. bank has it labeled as a purchase, not a refund lol

ok so what i can see in the account is, that there was only a refund from our side, no new charding. What i dont understand is that there are two gameclouds, maybe thats the issue?

ah no forget it, my fault saw wrong. just two names but one gamecloud. I would recommend to send the screenshot from your bank to our support and let them check. Dont worry they will handle the refund if anything is wrong.
