You just raised all the prices of my 15 servers to by 26% and then you give 25% discount but now I’m understanding it’s only if you get a new server… So I don’t have a right to complain?

you do have the right to complain always. But the sale has nothing to do with the higher price. This are two diffrent things

Hey again! I followed up internally regarding the price increase – sorry it took a bit to get back to you.
Just to clarify: we didn’t increase the Rust prices by 26%, but by around 10%.
Based on your screenshot, I can’t quite tell how you got the new price. Is it possible that you changed the slot count or something else in the config?
If you could send me a full screenshot of the pricing page via DM, I’d be happy to take a closer look for you.
As mentioned, it should be a +10% increase, but with the current -25% sale, the final price is actually still much lower than usual.
