What's your server setup as under Basic Settings?

I'd imagine it should go under a plugins folder not a mods folder, but it depends on what server you're running (like I'm running paper vs. like curse)

Is the zip file there the entire modpack ? if so . take it out again.. And unzip it on your own pc first. then upload the mods into the modfolder via ftp. But first make sure you install a minecraft version that fits with the mods.
