I dont know if <@&1339550644054392884> can help out here, if not i would suggest you to write a ticket on the website to the support, so they can check your logs and stuff. They are usually very fast, just make sure to not write several text and keep it to one message to the support. You can also copy paste what you wrote above 🙂
