Hi, i just created a server for Rust console. Everyone is able to connect except this ONE person who is on PS5. I have done everything possible on GPORTAL end that was recommended online but he is still having problems connecting..... is there anything else i should be checking?

have you gave him the server id (find it in the community tab when searching for your community server it’s the number below your community server name) just give him that and see if he can join

he can join the only thing is when he loads in it automatically kicks him out but i have other playstation players joining and they are not having that problem.

he’s getting kicked ? i’m not to sure why that would be happening @past star @toxic hawk any ideas

Is he the only PS5 player?

I have noticed my newer gens, especially PS5, getting kicked more in the past two weeks.

yes he is a Ps5 player. and he plays in other servers as well. including community servers. but he cant get into mine what so ever.

when he is joing he is literally getting the Disconnected-Connection error Returning to main menu message each time. but has no problems anywhere else.

i asked him if it was a possibility its his internet and he saying that he has really good internet and never had these issues in any other servers.

but as far as being the only ps5 player. no there are others that have joined with no issues.
