I found that a file could not be deleted using FTP or deleting it from the file manager on the website.
I have tried to repair using the verify game files feature but it doesn't work at all.
The error message I encountered was as follows
Status: Renaming '/Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/E3E6E21E4E513689678A4FA3D8E28EA0/Level.sav' to '/Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/E3E6E21E4E513689678A4FA3D8E28EA0/1Level.sav'
Command: RNFR Level.sav
Response: 350 rename from accepted
Command: RNTO 1Level.sav
Response: 451 file system error
Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Deleting "/Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0/E3E6E21E4E513689678A4FA3D8E28EA0/Level.sav"
Command: DELE Level.sav
Response: 451 file system error
This message was found while using filezilla.
Server could not be repaired
The server could not be repaired due to an error!
This notification message was found when trying to repair on the GameCloud dashboard.
PS: unfortunately I don't have any backups to restore, because I just bought this game server a few hours ago.
I've sent a ticket there, but no one answered.
