#Constant "server is not responding" in Factorio

i just started a Factorio server with some friends but after a few days of playing i am now out of nowhere getting constant lag spikes and "server is not responding" while playing. it was fine for the first 2-3 days of playing but randomly this evening it started to lag constantly or me and only me, my friends can play fine. my internet if fine, the servers gpu and ram is bearly being used and i do not know whats going on.
