Looking to see if anyone else has had this problem and had it fixed?
I have been speaking with GPortal support via support tickets, first they said it was a hardware failure but they couldn’t switch server to new hardware (despite doing this with no issues previously). Then they have replied saying “could you check again, it should work by now” although the server has just crashed again with the same error and I cannot access the web panel to do anything about it.
Anyone had this problem and been able to get it fixed?
