How do I increase RAM on Icarus server?

I see there is an option to allow more players in the server, but I am not sure if that is how I increase the RAM amount.

Sounds like that is a slot server. Not a RAM server. This means you can't add more RAM, but you don't need to. On slot servers, your server automatically gets more RAM when it is needed.

Thanks for the info. Do you know any issues with ores not being able to be mined in caves after respawning and invisible ore veins obstructing areas in the world?

I tried a reset on the server but no luck on that

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about gameplay for this game. That does sound like lag. It would be worth putting a ticket in just so GPortal can take a quick look and see if the issue is server side.

How would I purchase a RAM server for Icarus then? I tried looking but it seems like slots were the only option

That game is only a slot server. Only certain games like Minecraft are RAM servers.
But, please understand, you do not need extra RAM. You get all you need for free. When your server needs more, it gets more automatically for free.

@soft briar I'm reading through this. You can increase player slots if the game allows it. You do not need RAM for that.
