Changing to DarkRPG mod. Added that on the list and then restarted the server.

the actual server and client both need forge

#

but they already have pre-made modpacks under basic settings where you can choose DarkRPG mod

on client, you have to download DarkRPG mod plus the forge version

I literally tried to install paper 1.20.4 and the server failed to load
