All the settings are saved in the StartPrivateServer.BAT file, as command line modifiers. Wtf is this.

first before (lawsuit few years ago) i used to rent server here. then they closed services on moe. and i used to pay money...but i had to write to admins every day or when updates came because their services didint updated it.. they did it manually. cant remember wich hosting. but it was sadge

Our colleagues are currently working on adding more setting options.
Unfortunately, there is no settings file, these can only be used via the privateservertool.exe.
Everything is very cumbersome, so unfortunately it will take a while until more settings are available.

But I'll keep you up to date

In the folder where you would find the PrivateServerTool files (which is what the root folder of our server looks like), there is a Batch file, which the tool edits and is then used to launch the server. StartPrivateServer.bat.

In this file, its basically running MOEServer.exe with a bunch of cmd line prompts that contain the modified server settings.

As an example, this is what the file looks like when I use the tool on my own PC.

Maybe the setup is different for you, compared to the tools they give us for self-hosting. But as far as I can see, the only place those advanced settings are saved are in that batch file, though I'm not the most technical person.

Seems to work as expected. For those wishing to change their servers rates you can go to Esc => Server settings (should be visible if you've correctly added your steamid) => Server parameters (top right tab).
There you will find a long list of all settings and they seem to update correctly
