I got money yesterday and got a server for rust but it is not working it’s telling me console_connected but is not working so could I try get some help on how to get it to work

A lot of people are having issues, I can’t get into mine either my status says it’s running but rust won’t let me on, gportal have not said anything about it as far as am concerned

go to status in gportal then at the bottom touch should see verify game files

If you did a ticket 14 and a half hours ago, am not holding my breath then as I only sent mine this morning, my issue is if they are aware of the problem then let the customers know instead of staying quiet, this issue has happened twice in five days for me now
