#Palworld server frustrations!!!

So, where to begin even. Two day ago I attempted to log into my dedicated server only to be asked to create a new character. I immediately shut down the game and went to GPortal. I entered a ticket and received a generic automated responce back. We finally got most of the server up and running again and half the people were able to continue with their own characters. The only half (myself included and I pay for the server) lost everything. I decided to start again with a new toon only to find many problems with the saved game. The files were corrupted all around.

We shut down the server again. Deleted the saved game/server. When we attempted to start a fresh server (on an already paid account) we were blocked with "Palworld Servers Sold out". I think I paid for a month and played maybe 1 full week.

Another ticket was entered, and another generic response that had nothing to do with the question I asked!!!

I recommend screenshotting whatever page you're getting and responding to the ticket that you've already paid for a server, this is not a new buy. I uploaded my screenshots to imgur and sent a URL link in the ticket response, and was quickly helped that way. I've gotten 4 responses from others that this method of screenshoting with url helped them with longstanding ticket problems so hoping it helps you too!
