Can we get some more information pls about server issues and palworld lags and server issues pls

Its been 5 days now with no real communication other than the standard copy paste answers and refund stuff, which is great and all, however we do wish to play the game on these servers.
The issues with Palworld in particular, as I have a palworld server with yourselves and a ticket in (also past tickets over the past few days which I closed to not clog up the ticket system) my Ticket ID is 1399537.
I don't mean to be so pushy about it but would be nice to know what's going on, is there an actual fix in the works and when is it coming roughly.

I am sorry to take up time but its kind of frustrating.

I've just submitted a refund request, I'm over this clown company lol

server down for nearly 5 days, 2 copy paste responses, expectation of 30th set, failed that deadline as well. Hopefully people go leave a rating rather than just complaining on disc
