Name keeps changing on its own and i cannot join the server. also the server seems to be in a restarting loop every minute or so.

that looks a bit like it could be a double use if the ip:port
you could open a ticket, for them to assign you your own port
alternativly, i had a similar problem, and i deleted my server and made a new one. that gave me a new ip:port. with that though i would check beforehand if there are servers available (when they are sold out, you might not be able to create a new one)
