Server not showing up on server list (was there yesterday)

Hello,
So I bought the servers yesterday and it worked very well, all day.
We all disconnected for the night, and this morning the server is not showing up on the server list anymore.
We have tried restarting, server, game, pc,
Both people from Canada, and France not seeing it,
May I have some assistance, please ?

I can't seem to find the direct connect button, to enter my ip

He probably meansvia steams gameserver window? Under favorites is a "+" button where you can enter the [ip]:[query port] directly.
It than should show you the server marked on the top ingame
Edit: query port seems to be the one to show it ingame. For direct joining you probably need the regular one it shows you in you dashboard?

Yeah, I just tried it, still not finding the server

wich is weird, in my dashboard at g-portal, it shows it's online ...

Nevermind it works now ! You are awesome !!

Adding it, to the favorite on steam, worked for me

but I needed the Query port

Not finding the server on game or with the Ip

i got u!

open steam
click view --> game servers
click favourites
choose game-->enshrouded
click + bottom mid and add IP adress
then launch game, and ull have this server as a favourite ontop of the list!
