Since playing on a dedicated server these Pal's get constantly weakened or depressed. I do know I can make medicine for that, but at this rate i can make medicine all day. Is there a settings I can change? So they dont get neglected every 10min.

For me it helped “petting them” after giving the medicine

After giving them there medicine and petting them, they still get neglected so quick after.

Im not to sure. I didnt had this issue on a single player savegame.

just make sure they have higher quality food in the feed basket to keep sanity up
