Dude same and this is the 3 or 4 day who long is going to take to fixed a website

My server crashed, I pressed restart and now the server is new but on the site, it says server stop, is this normal?

Now we have to wait to gportal decide to fixed there problems but I don't know how long it will take is been 4 day with this problem

And they just said that is because there is a lot of people buying server but they are having problems but at the same time they don't stop selling servers

i have the same issue, but the server is still running, if i try to login my character is wiped since the game try to create a new character

This is ridiculous at this point I huge company having this problem know I know that will NOT buy a server for Enshrouded

what you guys dont understand its not gportal, the epic games palwold servers can not hold with all the influx thus breaking and there for gportal cannot connect, gportal itself cant connect to the actual epic games servers because its crashing

#

also with this happening alot make sure you make a backup save file in you backups section

server keeps 'stopping' but cant restart. then i click the toggle to 'stop it' on/off and it works for a bit

Yah but are they staying up? I can get ours up by toggling that button and it works for 5 mins then it goes back to "stopped" and when it goes to "stopped" the gportal dashboard does the load screen thing
