currently there are 2 players online out of 10 but its showing 0/10 on the gportal website and its concerning. scared its not saving and stuff

Mine has been working as planned, since release, working backups, progress saved perfectly, everything, just not showing correctly the active players. I am sure its just a bug

It also won't update my slots. I upgraded, paid for it and it still has the old number of slots
