My palworld server has *no password whatsoever, got disconnected 4 hours ago. other people can connect

tried changing PalWorldSettings.ini settings to default inside Steam\steamapps\common\PalServer\Pal\Saved\Config\WindowsServer

ServerName="Default Palworld Server",ServerDescription="",AdminPassword="",ServerPassword="",PublicPort=8211

tried connecting to community server, hitting no and reconnecting back

tried full re install and fresh install on alternate PC

anyone have any fix for this? no settings were changed leading up to this. much appreciated
