I'm not understanding. If you increased your slot number to 15, then that means your max player is 15.

I thought that would be the case too. However, on the settings it says 10/15. When I go into the settings for the game, it will not let me scroll over 10. Here, I will include photo

That's just telling you how many people are on out of the 15 available.

no no, no one is on the server right now because it crashed and wont let us on
So I turned it off, to fix this.

Well I went to edit gamecloud and I increased the player slots that I am paying for to allow 15 people instead of 10. It just wont let me change it for the server itself

Yesterday, I joined first and then left and put the password on. You have to have a created character first and join with it.
