It's not an option for the dashboard, but it can be added in the .ini file. There was another post on it I found yesterday. Let me see if I can find it and I'll tag you on it if that's OK, @novel silo

You'll have to scroll up to find it, but it is easy to do.

Make sure you go inside the Palworld folder itself dont get confused with DefaultSettings at the start you want the PalworldServerSetting.ini
Right click thatr file and select edit , find "deathpenalty:" add "none"
if there isnt one create another "," after the end comma and add
deathpenalty:none:
Sample would look like this
sample,sample,deathpenalty:none,sample,sample)

According to the instructions above, you don't add deathpenalty. You find it then add the none to it.
