what PaPa said but a number, DeathPenalty=0 for no penalty, 1 for dropping all non equipment, 2 for dropping everything but pals, 3 for dropping everything including current party of pals

Make sure you go inside the Palworld folder itself dont get confused with DefaultSettings at the start you want the PalworldServerSetting.ini
Right click thatr file and select edit , find "deathpenalty:" add "none"

turn on your server punch a tree then respawn and see if it works if not may need to move it down the list

yes so if it didnt work in that slot list the sample then move it down by 1 into another comma bracket till it works
