its ridiculous. I got charged 3 times because I was getting an error each time. Still cant activate a server.

Honestly was in the same boat for a while, but idk if you've opened Palworld recently - all servers are suffering right now so even if gportal was active, we'd not be getting anything accomplished multiplayer wise. In community servers the lowest ping I see right now is 800, and the highest are over 2500 which I didn't even think I'd ever see. I'm still a little pissy that they sold servers they didn't have, especially after I bought mine day 1 and only got a few hours of playtime in before they came down again, but realistically as the creators of the game did not anticipate the interest in their game being so high, neither did gportal and these other hosting sites, as it seems everyone is struggling right now. So personally going to end up waiting it out as it doesn't seem to matter if the server was live or not. That being said, I'm not here to talk you out of the refund... just some food for thought.
Their website has been on and off today btw. At some points was very fast, others I think they were working on it.

Ohhh I gotya. Sorry to hear my friend. And I agree. Nobody should be selling a product or service they can't actually provide. I ranted about this a bit in another thread, but yeah, sounds like you got caught up in the crossfire. However, I heard people are receiving refunds, so if you're looking to get one I'd wager you can get it when the website does come back up
