I would recommend since it's a new map, trying a different seed and wiping the server

When the console boots, you're going ot want to make sure the save is then on the new seed/map. Do you know how to read the log on that?

The console/logs is important when working on your server.
This is an example one. The first number is your map size and the second is your Seed
proceduralmap.3000.187.7012876103.174

Give it a few moments. Does the Console/Logs show anything?

Are you also registering the server with an owner?
