Altering the in-game time in any way will affect your event timers. So having an absurdly large daytime and your events not spawning... it makes sense.

my time is set too 720 do you know the value of a 100 in this so i can work it out to be a 45 min day ?

The time you specify in the fields is in minutes is it not? You should just be able to put 45 for 45 minutes

Never personally tested it, but I'm pretty sure that's the case, it makes sense
