Topic: When there is quotation marks in the command example do I keep them there

It's good practice, but in some cases they aren't needed. But it's a good habit to keep the quotes

If they are the straight quotes, then no

so whats the issue right now?

try and change the in-game time a few times and see if an event triggers

so the spawns aren't broken

#

also according to the wiki, your multiplier needs to be in quotes

i.e.

events.cooldownmultiplier "event_cargoheli" "0.25"
