First, try a different location and see if that changes. There may not be one available for the location you chose.

Another option people are doing is to go on the site and get a playstation server instead. Enable crossplay.

If you are not getting an email, then you may not have your email on your account correct.

Try log into your account using chrome using a PC to see if your server shows up.. if not make a ticket with your details+ payment and they should be able to fix it for you
