Is there any problem with the website?
It won't load in any browser or on any other device.

Clear cache. If it's still like that, follow these steps:

  1. Remove certain files and directories with rm -r resources public node_modules.
  2. Go through the Pterodactyl update documentation.
  3. Install dependencies by running the yarn command.
  4. Repair Blueprint with blueprint -upgrade.
  5. Get some Blueprint extensions (if you haven't already) and install them onto your panel.

After step 2, pause and see if it's still a white screen. If it is, go to the Pterodactyl Discord and type blank white page in #panel-help for more info, then continue to step 3 after you've resolved it.

Alternatively, you could just have screwed up the .blueprintrc user; check that it matches your actual web user. You can change it and run blueprint -upgrade if it doesn't match.
