Increases capacity of item slots by 8, however decreases movements speed by 20% and increases noise made by 50%. Something like this.

Eight is a bit too generous, I think. Maybe two or three? But I definitely want duffel bags/back packs to be added. There's no reason it should decrease movement though, unless your overencumbered.
I feel like the noise increase is also a bit too much. Realistically, the survivors would just be waking up zombies wherever they went and negating the value of the extra storage in the first place. We can always return to the location for more supplies, it wouldn't be worth the risk just to carry more things at once.
