- Complicates the choice of which survivors to pick. For example, in the state of beta we have now some people consider Barb one of the best survivors because of her traits. If she gains churl-like character(could manifest in some dialogue before recruiting her), it could lead to morale decrease and stuff like that in the shelter, so less people would pick her.
- Makes all 15+ survivors living in shelter much more difficult or maybe impossible. With all their personality traits they would create chaos and influence each other badly.

Imagine characters getting into arguments in the shelter 😮 that characters band together and say stuff like us or him/her. To increase more choices and another risk or consequences if there is like a basemoral/groupmoral that gets too low. And we could like throw a party or an activity to increase it and personal conflicts would decrease it.
