Hoping I can get some help here. I have never had any issues until the latest patch dropped the other day. Ever since the update, my game crashes at the start screen. it works offline but never online. I haven't downloaded any new data off community creations in over 3 weeks.
Things I've Tried
Uninstall & Reinstall
Let's me in for all of 2 minutes then crashes again and repeats the crash at homescreen process
Factory Reset Xbox
Hold Power Button for 20 seconds to clear cache
Unplug for 30 seconds
Delete data off console (not everywhere)
Contacted Xbox Support
They stated that I need to get in touch with 2k as it is a 2k server problem.
I have submitted 2 tickets to 2k, messaged them on Twitter but I cannot seem to get a response from them whatsoever.
What can I do? I've spent so much money in in-game purchases and HOURS AND HOURS of progress.
Someone please help or tell me how I can get 2kSupport to respond!
