Hoping I can get some help here. I have never had any issues until the latest patch dropped the other day. Ever since the update, my game crashes at the start screen. it works offline but never online. I haven't downloaded any new data off community creations in over 3 weeks.

Things I've Tried

Uninstall & Reinstall

Let's me in for all of 2 minutes then crashes again and repeats the crash at homescreen process

Factory Reset Xbox

Hold Power Button for 20 seconds to clear cache

Unplug for 30 seconds

Delete data off console (not everywhere)

Contacted Xbox Support

They stated that I need to get in touch with 2k as it is a 2k server problem.

I have submitted 2 tickets to 2k, messaged them on Twitter but I cannot seem to get a response from them whatsoever.

What can I do? I've spent so much money in in-game purchases and HOURS AND HOURS of progress.

Someone please help or tell me how I can get 2kSupport to respond!

It's happening on playstation to

I spoke to 2k and they blamed it on playstation

They said it was a problem with the networks

#

It is happening to me valoween and whate the status seems there is no fix for it

I have similar issues with the Island mode and nothing changed

Guess the Island exclusives will be forever hiding behind that paywall

2k know about this problem and they said it was a problem on playstation and Xboxs side
