There are absolutely teams that don't play TBG nor TSG (basically they just do the Monday Events) and there are some like mine (that do use Discord), that essentially have a single TSG and TBG team and the second half of the team is either alternates or there for mondays. That being said, finding a team on the official Disocrd that doesnt use discord ... is like finding a holy grail. I would personally recommend in that case finding a team that doesnt do TSG / TBG and doesnt require active Discord participation ... there are teams like that ... i've been in some over the years.
