So this is actually a current issue from WWE 2K24 and wasn’t fixed with custom titles.

So this issue still hasn’t been fixed in WWE 2K25 and it’s explained a little more in detail below:-

In WWE there is officially a 3rd women’s championship and this tracker in WWE 2K25 Universe just like the men needs to show the respective championship depending on what brand the woman superstar is on.

For example Alba Fyre is on Smackdown so it should show the WWE Women’s United States Championship but instead it shows ‘Vacant’

If you look at AJ Styles you will see he has the 2nd and 3rd championship filled this really needs fixing 🙏🏼

Can you confirm that the Womens United States Championship is set up? It's not there by default.

I recommend sending in a ticket to 2K Support, but make sure you show that the 3rd title is set to the show as well.

Yes it’s set up for both championships respectively US and intercontinental championships for both shows 👍🏻
