My username on my PlayStation in WWE2K25 is different then the one displayed when I go to the website login using my PSN information and upload face scans. So now when I go back to the PS5 and try to download my facescans I uploaded it says no content available for download. Anyone have any ideas.

Have you tried logging in to the website with the same account as the one you use on the console?
