In both play mode and universe mode you are unable to disable the Referee Meter and in universe mode you are unable to select a normal wwe ref such as charles robinson

Both of these were an issue last year when 2k24 released but a patch was put out right away and now we have had multiple patches but this is still an issue

also noticed that in play mode if you do any match type that would allow guest ref you can hit the select button on xbox S/X to make it a guest ref match from the superstar selection screen but in #🪐universe mode you have to do edit the match type which takes way longer

got video showing it first in play mode how you press select to turn any match into guest ref and then how in #🪐universe you cant do that and also showed it not showing charles robinson as an option along with any of the wwe refs

Only reason I upgraded to wwe2k25 was for the guest ref improvements in universe mode
