I lost character progress on my friend's server after the server crashed and when I joined I was at level one

But The zip file comes from my friend's saves and I have a question: do I have to send the zip file from my game files or is the zip file from my friend enough? I didn't know which one to send.

Here you go, try this save! Just the host needs to change their files. I copied the host's learned recipes, added the items you mentioned here and got you back to level 9 (you can pick your level up perks back yourself).
To apply this properly turn off Steam Cloud, delete the current Slot_0 folder and paste the one I sent. Let me know if that fixes the problem!

When I go to my friend's server, I don't have my level or items. After changing the file, I will send my save file. Maybe it's the problem there, or is my character's save saved in my friend's cloud?

he/she needs to copy the folder when the game is running, so it saves it to the cloud, alternatively turning of steam cloud could work, but the fastest way is start game (stay at main menu) replace the files, and then once that is done, enter the world
