Okay? This channel is about giving suggestions, so far you only posted what you don’t like, try giving a suggestion on how the devs could improve the health bar so that you like it, maybe they will find it useful?

sometimes things dont feel right, and so its hard to descripe exactly why its bad, and in that case i would say its okay to say its bad, as long as u also say that u dont know why it is bad if that makes sense

Yes it is ok, you can say whatever you want; you are also correct that you do not need to explain why you didn't like it, but then what was the point of this post? If you can't explain what it is you don't like, it is literally impossible for them to even attempt a fix. Would you go to the doctor and say "I feel bad, fix it"? No; you'd say "my arm hurts", or "I have a bad cough", or "I have a splinter in my toe", or whatever the issue is. You'd give the doctor a place to start. This post gives the devs no where to start and so accomplishes the same as if you had not posted it at all.
Personally, I think the enemies health bar UI is fine; that's just my opinion.
